Courtesy Posting for Buddy at the Quinte Humane Society More About Buddy (2) Only 15 months old and at least 100 lbs. Surrendered as single Mom didn't have time for him. Good with older children and large female dogs. No cats. Good on leash (according to dog walker.) Playful, affectionate, somewhat obedient boy. For more information read his owner surrender form at the shelter and come take him for a walk. Home with young children not recommended due to size and energy of dog. House with large fenced yard an asset. ***Home visit, breed knowledge and experience required for adoption. Adoption fee: $300.00 incl spay/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, deworming, flea treatment (if necessary) and six weeks' free pet insurance. If you're interested in adopting me, please drop by the shelter to meet me and take me for a walk. In order to take me home you will have to fill out an application...if I am not already spayed/neutered an appointment with the vet will be booked and the day of my surgery you can take me home. Please contact the Quinte Humane Society about Buddy. This dog has not been assessed by the AMHL. All contractual obligations concerning this dog will be between the shelter and the adopter.
Given that it is impossible to predict with complete accuracy how any dog will react in a given situation, without completeknowledge of its life experiences, the AMHL urges the adopter to exercise caution in introducing the dog tonew situations until the dog has become fully adjusted to its new environment and the adopter has had an opportunity to become familiar with the dog's unique personality. |
