Jackson is a 7 month old male Malamute mix currently being fostered by the Eagle family in Vancouver Island BC. He was taken in by the SPCA with his litter brother and is currently undergoing medical treatment for internal and external parasite infestations. He lost a lot of his coat but it is now growing back in just fine. He should be available for adoption mid December. He will be altered, micro chipped and vaccinated. The foster home has young children, cats, livestock and adult Malamutes. The pup will be a well socialized and exposed to a variety of experiences. He will be well started in obedience training but will require ongoing training in his new home. He is outgoing, playful, confident and full of himself! He would do well in a home with another ruff & tumble young dog to play with, preferably female. We will update the info on this pup as we get to know him better. If you feel you can provide an appropriate forever home for this little guy, please fill out our adoption form in full at: http://www.hedges.ca/amhl/app/adoptapp.php before requesting additional information from Beverly Badke at malamutes@telus.net or call 250-337-5804 only between the hours of Noon to 8:00 pm, Pacific time please. |
